STEVEN KANALEY - SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

As Studio Coordinator and Senior Project Manager at FVHD, Steve plays a key role in all design phases of a project and the scheduling of project assignments for all technical staff.   Steve collaborates closely with clients to develop creative and practical design solutions that align with their requirements and budgets.  He ensures seamless communication of design intentions and client expectations to project team members, oversees the preparation of detailed construction documents, and coordinates with consulting engineers. Throughout construction, he monitors progress to maintain design integrity and ensures the projects stays on track.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Building Science & Sustainable Design. Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, Associate of Science in Architectural Technology, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, PA.

Accreditation

  • LEED Green Associate.
  • Completed the Architect Experience Program (AXP), currently pursuing Architect's license.
