Project Description:
The Base Bid at includes, but is not limited to the following:

Kenneth R. Olson Middle School:  Removal and replacement of HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, rooftop air conditioning units, air handling units, ductwork, piping, insulation, finned tube radiation, unit heaters, convectors, exhaust fans, make-up air units, condensing units, valance units, variable air volume boxes, unit ventilators, automatic temperature controls, air balancing, water balancing and air devices.  New concrete pads, bollards and fencing.

Tabernacle Elementary School:  Removal and replacement of HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, rooftop air conditioning units, air handling units, finned tube radiation, unit heaters, convectors, exhaust fans, make-up air units, condensing units, variable air volume boxes, unit ventilators, automatic temperature controls, air balancing, water balancing and air devices. New concrete pads.
