| Project Description: | Interior renovations at the media center and adjacent support spaces at Town Center Elementary School. The renovation area is approximately 3,500 square feet and work consists of general construction, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work as follows: New metal stud framed and CMU wall construction, attack resistant wood doors and hollow metal frames, new floor and ceiling finishes, decorative suspended ceiling baffles, painting, library circulation desk and wood casework equipment, fire sprinkler and mechanical system modifications, new electrical wiring and devices and low voltage cabling and devices, and new lighting fixtures. There is an alternate bid for decorative pendant light fixtures. |
