Project Description:
THE PARTIAL STRUCTURAL REPAIR OF AN EXTERIOR RAMP LOCATED AT SOMERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. THIS PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDES A NEW EXTERIOR GRADE COATING ON RAMP (TO MEET CODE SLIP RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS) AND FENCING MODIFICATIONS. REPAIR ALSO INCLUDES REMOVAL OF EXISTING AREAS WITH SPALLING CONCRETE, PRIMING REBAR WITH LATEX BONDING AGENTS, AND PATCHING WITH A TWO-COAT MORTAR UNDERLAYMENT AND/OR POLYMER-MODIFIED, HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE WITH CORROSION INHIBITOR.
