Project Description:
THE PROJECT WORK CONSISTS OF, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE ELECTRICAL ALTERATIONS, INCLUDING NEW ELECTRICAL WIRING DEVICES, WIRING CIRCUITRY, AND PANELBOARDS AT THREE DISTRICT SCHOOL BUILDINGS (WEST WINDSOR-PLAINSBORO HIGH SCHOOL NORTH, WEST WINDSOR-PLAINSBORO HIGH SCHOOL SOUTH, AND COMMUNITY MIDDLE SCHOOL).
THE HIGH SCHOOL SOUTH BUILDING SHALL ALSO INCLUDE DUST COLLECTION AND DUCT MODIFICATION AS PART OF ITS ALTERATIONS. REFER TO CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR FULL SCOPE OF ALL INDICATED WORK.
TWO ALTERNATE BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT AT THE HIGH SCHOOL NORTH INCLUDE (1) THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING WATER HEATER IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND (2) THE INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL CORD REELS AND CIRCUITING.
